Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email to your registered email address with complete tracking details.

You can use these details to monitor your shipment until it is delivered.
Non-Delivery Notice (14-Day Window)

If your parcel has not arrived, you must notify our team within 14 days of receiving the dispatch confirmation email.

Upon notification, we will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Courier Records Are Final

Claims of non-delivery made after the 14-day period cannot be accepted.

In such cases, the courier’s delivery records will be treated as final and conclusive.
Limitation of Liability

Elinor will not be liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments reported beyond the 14-day window.
