Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email to your registered email address with complete tracking details.

  • You can use these details to monitor your shipment until it is delivered.

Non-Delivery Notice (14-Day Window)

  • If your parcel has not arrived, you must notify our team within 14 days of receiving the dispatch confirmation email.

  • Upon notification, we will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Courier Records Are Final

  • Claims of non-delivery made after the 14-day period cannot be accepted.

  • In such cases, the courier’s delivery records will be treated as final and conclusive.

Limitation of Liability

  • Elinor will not be liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments reported beyond the 14-day window.
