At Elinor, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our customized and ready-to-wear collections. To maintain the highest standards of quality and service, we adhere to the following policies:
Domestic Returns
We maintain a No-Return Policy once a delivery is accepted. You are required to check your package upon delivery while the rider is present. If the product is damaged, you must return it immediately to the delivery rider. Once the rider leaves your premises, no returns or refund requests will be accepted.
Domestic Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day exchange window. Exchanges are valid for incorrect sizing or if you prefer a different color or design. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We will not process exchanges for items damaged by the customer.
International Returns
You must contact our customer service team to request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your package. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
International Exchanges
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. Exchanges are valid for incorrect sizing or if you prefer a different color or design. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We will not process exchanges for items damaged by the customer.
Important Note :
Please note that exchange requests will only be processed once any applicable shipping fees or price differences (extra payments in case you opted for a customizable size) have been cleared. Please be aware that garments made to your specific measurements are crafted uniquely for you. While we offer exchanges for design/color where possible, we encourage precise measurement submissions to ensure the perfect fit.
Elinor reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the garment shows signs of wear or customer-inflicted damage.
