At Elinor, we strive for complete transparency in our transactions and clarity in our refund process. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we accept a wide variety of payment methods. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders to provide you with maximum convenience. We also accept all major credit/debit cards and secure digital payment platforms.

Immediate Inspection & “Approval on Arrival”

We operate on an Inspection-at-Door policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase the moment it reaches you. You are encouraged to check your package upon arrival. Once the product is accepted and the delivery rider leaves, the order is considered approved and is no longer eligible for a refund.  A refund will only be processed if the product is found to be damaged at the time of delivery and is returned immediately with the delivery rider.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

If the product is not returned with the delivery person at the time of arrival, we cannot process a refund request. Due to the bespoke nature of our custom stitching and high-end recreations, these items are crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable once the delivery is accepted.

Processing Your Refund (Only for online payments)

If a damaged item is successfully returned with the rider, our team will initiate the refund process. The amount will be credited back to your bank within 2-3 business days.
