Delivery Timelines:

Our delivery times depend on your location and the nature of your order:

Domestic Deliveries: For orders within the country, packages typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Deliveries: Global shipping generally takes 15–20 business days. Please note that this timeline may vary slightly depending on your local customs processing times. 

Personalized Consultations

For our Bespoke and Custom-Stitched orders, delivery timelines will be personally discussed with you during your initial consultation. Since every stitch is crafted with precision, we ensure you have a clear expected arrival date before production begins.

Order Tracking & Transparency

We value your peace of mind. Once your order leaves our studio You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey. Our team remains available to provide updates should there be any external delays with courier services or customs. 

Customs & Duties (International)

For international shipments, any customs duties or local taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
