Welcome to Elinor Studio! By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. General Use of the Website
By visiting our website or using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction or, if you are a minor, that you have obtained parental consent to use this site. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
2. Products & Services
At Elinor Studio, we offer a mix of ready-to-wear collections and bespoke, custom-made clothing. Product descriptions, including measurements, colors, and availability, are provided to the best of our knowledge. However, due to the bespoke nature of some products, we do not guarantee exact replicas of colors or designs based on website images.
3. Order Process & Payment
Orders are processed after payment is successfully made. We accept two payment methods for domestic orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer. All prices are listed in your local currency, and applicable taxes or shipping charges may be added during checkout.
For domestic deliveries, the full payment is required before processing your order. For international deliveries, any applicable customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery
Elinor Studio aims to deliver your orders in a timely and safe manner:
- Domestic Deliveries: Typically arrive within 1–2 business days.
- International Deliveries: Generally arrive within 15–20 business days, depending on local customs processing times.
For bespoke/custom orders, the delivery time will be communicated during your consultation.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Our Return and Exchange Policies are outlined in the respective sections:
- Domestic Orders: No returns once the rider leaves, but exchanges are accepted within 7 days for sizing or color changes (products must be unworn and in original condition).
- International Orders: No returns after 24 hours of receipt. Exchanges are allowed within 15 days (subject to conditions).
Please note that custom-made items cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival, and exchange requests are processed only when all applicable fees are settled.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Cancellations for custom-made orders may not be possible once production has begun.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Elinor and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any of this content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Elinor Stuidion is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your personal information, we are not responsible for any security breaches beyond our control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Pakistan, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
